Hi, I’m Dakota — the owner of West Texas Glitters.

At West Texas Glitters, we’re building more than a glitter brand — we’re building a dream from the ground up.

I started West Texas Glitters with a vision, a lot of determination, and the willingness to figure things out along the way. As the business grew, an opportunity presented itself for me to start a cleaning business, and I realized it could help cover my bills without taking money away from West Texas Glitters. That decision allowed me to continue pouring back into the business while still building a stable life for my family.

Balancing motherhood, business, and everyday life hasn’t always been easy, but giving up was never an option.

What started as a small passion quickly turned into something so much more — a community of creators, dreamers, and people who simply love to make beautiful things.

My mom, Misty, has been right beside me through it all, helping me build this business one order, one live sale, and one late-night packing session at a time. Nothing about this journey has been handed to us, and that’s exactly what makes it so meaningful.
