Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping & Processing:

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after orders are placed. Processing times may increase during busier seasons.

• FREE shipping on U.S orders over $50.00

• Shipping is calculated by weight.

• Please note: USPS’s estimated shipping times are IN ADDITION to our processing times and are completely out of our control.

• Add on’s to orders will NOT be offered.

• Double check your shipping address. We WILL NOT be responsible for any packages sent to a incorrectly supplied address.

• Double check that you entered an email address during checkout. Tracking numbers cannot be sent to phone numbers. 

        - Tracking numbers are generated and sent automatically via email when orders are fulfilled. Please check your spam folder to be sure you are accepting our emails. 

Refunds:  

• Once an order is placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
